Great communication, including keeping me updated during bank holiday weekend; prompt realistic management of expectation around whether data was retrievable or not, they did recover the data in the end and pretty much exceeded my expectations on all fronts in terms of keeping me informed/dropping off & collecting when arranged and being easy and pleasant to deal with.
